Dr. Linda Albers
Chairperson
Dr. Linda Albers joined the Vocational Visions Board of Directors in 1981. Now in her fifth decade of service with Vocational Visions, Dr. Alpers’ affiliation began via her former role as head of the Adult Education program with the Saddleback Valley Unified School District.

Hilary Hurt
Vice-Chairperson
Vice Chairperson Hilary Hurt has served on the Vocational Visions Board of Directors since 2010. Her father, Richard Tillwood, was a long-time supporter of and Board member with Vocational Visions until he passed away in 2016. Originally from the United Kingdom, Hilary moved to the U.S. with her family in 1981.

Sheri Lee
Secretary
Sheri Lee has been on the Vocational Visions Board since 1997, and currently serves as the Board's Secretary. Sheri became involved with Vocational Visions through a co-worker whose son was a program participant when the organization was still called Saddleback Community Enterprises.

Mark Sorenson
Treasurer
A member of the Vocational Visions Board of Directors since 2013, Mark currently serves as Treasurer. He previously served on the Board of Advisors with Elwyn, a program providing support and services for adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Howard Neufeld
Board Member
Howard Neufeld celebrated his 40th year as a Board member with Vocational Visions in 2022. Howard serves as one of the attorneys for Vocational Visions, and was previously on the Board of Advisors with Elwyn (an organization which provides services and support for adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities) before joining the Vocational Visions Board of Directors in 1982.

Andrea Reade
Board Member
Andrea Reade joined the Vocational Vision Board of Directors in 2018. She is the Vice President, Supply Chain for Nékter Juice Bar and strongly supports the mission of Vocational Visions. She was inspired to get involved through a family friend's involvement iwth similar organization.

Edward Kenna
Family Representative
Edward Kenna is the Vocational Visions Parent Representative and has served on the Board of Directors since 1985. Before moving to Southern California, Edward worked with the Kirk Center in Illinois, a facility similar to Vocational Visions.
