Ingredients:
4 English muffins, split
1/2 cup of canned or jar pizza sauce
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Topping suggestions (all are optional): - pepperoni (or other meat), olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, pepperoncini, onions, pineapple
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Split the English muffins in half
- Spoon sauce onto the muffin halves (face up)
- Add cheese and then add any optional toppings on top of the cheese
- Place the English muffins on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and toppings are crispy
