It's amazing how technology can give us the opportunity to see and visit places up close from our own living rooms. Below is a list of some really amazing free virtual tours.


Yellowstone National Park


Did you know that Yellowstone was the first national park in the U.S. and is also widely held to be the first national park in the world? We now have over 60 national parks in the United States.

The British Museum in London, England, is known as the first public national museum in the world opening its doors in 1759. Check out many of its awesome artifacts from history, arts and culture using the virtual tour link below.

The Louvre Museum is the world's largest art museum and a historical landmark in Paris, France. The museum opened in 1793. One of its most famous exhibits is Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa. You can take virtual tours of the exhibits but you must have Adobe Flash Player (free to download).

As if the world doesn't have enough to see, you can take your travels to our solar system. How would you like to go to Mars which is the 4th planet from the sun?
