An “Enchanted Evening” annual fundraiser

This annual fundrasier is typically held on a Saturday in the month of September. This year's event will be held on 9/26/2020.

 

Before the event opportunities

  • Volunteers are needed to assist with auction basket assembly which includes building gift baskets by thoughtfully arranging provided items into each basket and wrapping each basket.

 

Day of the event opportunities

  • Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm - working with staff and other volunteers to set up stage and decorate (some heavy lifting), table-setting and auction basket display setup.

  • Saturday from 3:30 pm to 10 pm -  working with staff and other volunteers to distribute auction baskets to appropriate recipients.

  • Saturday from 10 pm on - working with staff and other volunteers to clean up event (some heavy lifting).

House of Champions Clubhouse volunteers

Fridays
From 3pm - 7pm -  working with clubhouse staff to assist approximately 50-75 adults with developmental disabilities with dinner preparation and serving, arts & craft, sports or group activities.                                   

Saturdays                  
From 11am - 6pm - working with clubhouse staff to assist approximately 50-75 adults with developmental disabilities with dinner preparation and serving, arts & craft, sports or group activities.

Project ideas include:

Floor and wall repair

Wall painting

Landscape replenishing

Create picnic area

Picnic tables; build, repair or have donated

Build new janitorial shed
