Right now, it's tough to maintain connections with our friends and others that we are used to seeing on a regular basis. But there are safe opportunities to socialize and share your ideas, thoughts and feelings during this time.

Using Zoom for Virtual Meetings
Zoom is an application that you can download for free to your smart phone, computer or tablet. The basic tier of service is free and allows you to schedule or join meetings with up to 100 participants (there may be a 40 minute time limit for each meeting).

Talk Time Tuesday
The Autism Society has put together a Zoom social meeting event every Tuesday at 2:00 pm where you can talk and share with others. We recommend you join the Zoom meeting about 10 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to start (you must have the Zoom app on your phone or computer to join).

Disability Chat Group (Thursdays)
Join the Dayle McIntosh Center (DMC) every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm for a weekly Disability Chat Group! This group gives people with disabilities in Orange County the opportunity to hang out, share ideas, share feelings and chat about life. All ages and disabilities are welcome.
There are 3 ways you can join the chat:
