Vocational Visions

This is a community based program. The program has two components. The employment component includes: job coaching, continual training and support and mobility training. Current job sites include placement at a ranch, city parks, city offices, a restaurant and an equestrian center. The community integration component includes: community awareness; use of public transportation and safety; money management; and independent recreation. Monthly themes are developed which are centered around current community events and holidays relevant to clients' lives. The goal of the Adult Development Program is to provide training, vocational resources and assessment to clients which enable them to utilize their community in it's natural settings and to obtain and retain community based employment.
